Katie Lipsomb - Widow

Katie is a mom, friend, sister in Christ, and member of Never Alone Widows. Katie writes, "A little over two years ago, the love of my life died suddenly of a heart attack at the age of 39. I knew suffering was real, but I had never grasped true hurting and grief until I was suddenly raising our three kids alone, without my person. I wanted Jesus to come back immediately. Surely, my suffering wouldn’t last that long! I’m still waiting, but because of others walking alongside me, I wait with Hope. Without God’s people surrounding me, I wouldn’t be able to face it. We all need each other to walk through this life so we can move forward toward the Hope of Heaven."
