Alexis Hill - Loss of Parent
Alexis is a Community Health Educator with Metro Public Health Department in the Behavioral Health and Wellness Division. She is also a 200 hour certified yoga instructor specializing in vinyasas and expanding into trauma-sensitive yoga. She holds a certificate in Mindfulness earned through Middle Tennessee State University and a Masters in Public Health candidate with a focus on mental and behavioral health at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. In addition, she is a Talk Saves Lives presenter with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, a member of Suicide Prevention in the African American Faith Communities Coalition, and a volunteer with various nonprofits in Middle Tennessee.
